CURRENT SHIPPING TIMES: We are committed to getting your purchase shipped to you as soon as possible. We are also committed to shortening our shipping times in the very near future.

Please read below:

Same day shipping available on orders placed before 2:00 PM. Otherwise, please allow 1 business day for order processing, with an additional 2-3 business days for delivery. Expedited shipping available at checkout for an additional charge. 

SALES: Shipping start dates are typically acknowledged during the promotion of the sale.  

Special Orders: Please be aware processing time for special order closures and frontals are not the same processing time as other items. We typically need 2 weeks for them to be made and shipped to you. If your order contains a special order item it will be sent separately from the rest of your order unless otherwise noted.  At your request, we can hold all items and ship as one order.

 **Please Note: Weekends/Holidays are not included in business days. Currently we do not ship on Saturday, Sundays or Holidays.

All orders placed over the weekend and/or any federal holidays will begin processing the following business day. Once your order is prepared for shipping, a shipping confirmation will be sent including the tracking number via the email address you provided on your account. Please ensure that your contact information is correct when creating your Hair Envidia account. You can also check the status of your order anytime by logging onto your account. Once you receive your tracking number it may take up to 24 hours for your estimated delivery date to appear.

 International Orders: Coming Soon

We Highly Recommend That You Do Not Make Any Hair Appointments, Until Your Hair Has Been Delivered. We are not responsible for late shipments due to incorrect address input, inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind weekends and holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS/UPS/FedEx to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information in regard to shipping, please contact us.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES, INCORRECT ADDRESSES, AND REFUSED DELIVERIES:

Your order will normally be shipped via USPS/UPS/FedEx to the address provided. Tracking numbers are sent to your email address as soon as soon as a shipping label is created. Please be sure to check your spam folders for shipping information. You will receive an order confirmation email along with (2) shipping confirmation emails; one from us and one from PayPal. Both emails will contain your tracking number, After checking if you do not receive a tracking number, please let us know. Use your USPS/UPS/Fedex tracking to track your package in transit. Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please thoroughly check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL of the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. **We will not change shipping addresses once orders are placed. Please note if your order is returned to us we will re-ship your order once it has been returned at your expense. Hair Envidia will not be responsible for returned packages due to inaccurate shipping information. If your package is returned to us because of a customer discrepancy you will be responsible for the cost to reship your package.

 USPS/UPS/FedEx will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for package pick-up if necessary. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.

 LOST SHIPMENTS:

If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact us by email immediately. We will contact UPS/USPS/FedEx right away and initiate a trace/investigation. This investigation can take up to 8-10 business days but we cannot control how long it may take. We will not replace or refund lost packages.
