We love our Hair and we know you're going to love it too. So now we have a NEW 14-day RETURN POLICY.
Each order will include Hair Samples that can be shampooed, curled, flat ironed, colored or bleached. Hair Samples are included so that you can test the hair before opening the bundles. If you decide the hair is not what you expected, feel free to call our office or email us within 14 days for a full refund.

H A I R Envidia takes pride in on our customer service and high rate of customer satisfaction. We thoroughly inspect all hair before shipment and before leaving our factories overseas. Our hair is then double checked in house prior to sending to you to ensure consistency and quality. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order or purchase, we do offer the flexibility of an exchange & return policy.
Very, Very Important: Before using your new hair extensions, please inspect the product thoroughly to ensure the correct length, color, texture, and quality are as desired. We encourage you thoroughly inspect and examine the hair, without cutting the zip ties, bundle label/band or opening the bundles to ensure satisfaction with the product.
DO NOT ADD PRODUCT, SHAMPOO OR WASH THE HAIR. Get a second opinion from your stylist if you are unsure or have doubts. Once the hair is used we are limited to what we can do to help you if a problem arises.
If you would like to return or exchange your product, you must submit a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request within 14 days of receipt of merchandise by emailing support@HairEnvidia.com or calling customer service at 1.972.489.6253 M-F 10 AM -7:00 PM Saturdays 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
Please note your 1st exchange will be at no charge. However, any additional exchanges of lengths or textures will incur a mandatory 10% restocking fee to cover labor cost associated with shipping and handling.
Used Bundles or Closures are not eligible for return or exchange. Therefore, please use the sample any way you choose to make sure you've purchased the correct product.
Please note: Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used. We adhere to strict policies in regard to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns. If the item is removed from the bundle and used in any visible manner, or manipulated with heat or chemicals of any sort all exchange and return policies are voided.
TO QUALIFY FOR AN EXCHANGE PLEASE SEE THE REQUIREMENTS BELOW:
- The hair must remain in the bundle and not be untied at the top
- The hair must be in its original packaging and tagged.
- Returned packages must include a copy of the original invoice. To include any gifts or original packaging ex. hair bags.
- Merchandise must be physically received before an exchange can be granted. Please allow 72 upon receipt of returned product for inspection.
- The product must be sent back at your expense. We recommend you use shipping provider with a signature confirmation service, and/or insurance to protect your package.
Please do not send unauthorized returns. Merchandise sent to us without an RMA cannot be tracked and may be lost. We assume no responsibility for lost items, unauthorized returns, or items sent to the incorrect address.
*Any Chargebacks or PayPal disputes without initially contacting Hair Envidia for resolve will automatically result in a forfeiture of any exchanges or refunds.
